Technical Support-HVAC/Electrical Technician
Job location: O’fallon, MO.
Reports to: Technical Support/Operation Manager
Job Duty Description:
- Take and answer end user/customer’s technical support questions over phone or email;
- Organize and log technical support files accordingly;
- Take and manage pictures of units, accessories and parts;
- Repair and install HVAC units, accessories and parts;
- Conduct load calculation, select and lay out equipment in drawings of HVAC projects/jobs;
- Prepare and exhibit in shows from time to time;
- Field installation or service support;
- Assist managers and perform other duties if needed and assigned.
Qualifications:
- HVAC/R and electrical training and knowledge, installation and service experience;
- Refrigerant handling and copper brazing skills;
- Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point, email and Internet;
- Clearly and fluently communicate in both verbal and written formats;
- Self-starting, organizing, customer-oriented, multiple-task scheduling and priority handling;
- Paying attentions to details and double-check to avoid mistake or errors;
- Team working and willing to learn and improve;
- Healthy, drug-free and no-smoker, able to lift up to 120 LBs.

CRM Marketing Manager

SUMMARY
To cope with business expansion in residential segment of HVAC equipment market, a technical driven online E commerce marketing specialist is essential to address market needs and offer strategies with solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- To grow our customer lifetime value, e-mail marketing revenue, & conversion rate while reducing customer acquisition cost.
- Design and drive new ways of managing and tracking growth marketing tactics via CRM system.
- Ability to Convert marketing Leads into sales
- Develop automated email marketing strategies to grow our potential customer base, to design and execute on weekly marketing email campaigns.
- Set up new models launches across online platform such as Amazon ebay and Shopify.
- Create relevant reporting and analytics which provide insight into issues and opportunities leading to action;
- Data analysis – develop and track key metrics from various analytics sources such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Shopify, Amazon Seller Central
QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of data standardization and normalization and database structure and queries
- Strong marketing and sales oriented focus on leads conversion.
- Good Understandings of HVAC products and its Market.
- Self motivated and able to work independently.
- 4+ years of development and administration in Marketing CRM.
- Bachelor’s degree in information system or relevant discipline.
- Hands-on experience to managing campaigns in AMZ Scout, and/or other email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp.
- Strong analytic Skill with ability to deliver insight report with.
- experience in Analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console.
- Experience pushing/pulling data from various sources for segmentation, automation, & execution.
- Intermediate level in Data Management tool such as SQL Language, Micorsoft Access.
- Advance working experience with CRM Tool such ZOHO Enterprise.
- Project manage tool is desired y not essential.
