With Unique PV or PH Solar-Assisted Technology, a YMGI Heat Pump can Replace an old Central Ducted Systems, with More Benefits and Lowest Installation and Operation Cost

VRF eliminates problems that are common in conventional Central HVAC systems:

  1. Conventional systems operate at a Low efficiency, since air needs to be blown through long ductwork at high ESP, and has to cool or heat the ductwork before it can have a positive effect in the rooms.
  2. Conventional systems operate at a high noise level, originating from the large fan blower and floppy moving parts in the ductwork or registers.
  3. Dust propagation, due to dust leaking through faulty filters and build up over time in the ductwork.
  4. Mold grows in dark and moist environments, like that in ductwork, between joints, studs and walls.
  5. Unpleasant odors can originate from moist and moldy ductwork that is hidden and hard to clean.

YMGI Ease of Installation

Easier to install than central systems, the hook-up between the mini-split outdoor and indoor units generally requires only a three-inch hole through a wall for the conduit that contain the condensate drain hose, wires and refrigeration pipes. The outdoor unit can be located up to 150 feet from the indoor unit, making it possible to place the condensing unit where it can’t be seen.

Mini-split outdoor condensing units are designed to be installed anywhere a central air conditioner or heat pump could be installed. They can also be hung on a wall, placed on a balcony, below a deck, in a garage, and several places where a central air conditioner would be impossible to fit.

Professionally trained YMGI-certified technicians can properly install your mini-split system, ensuring your system provides you with a lifetime of worry-free comfort.
